She is the author of the recently published book The Boomer's 7-Step Guide to Downsizing: Overcoming Fear & Discovering Freedom.

Vivien is an accredited Master Accredited Senior Agent (Master-ASA™), a program that elevates the knowledge of the average real estate professional to provide dedicated full range services for seniors and their families in transition. She has also completed the Master Certified Negotiation Expert®(MCNE®) and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designations.

Prior to her real estate career with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada and Keller Williams Referred Realty, Brokerage, Vivien co-owned a family property management business for many years.

She lives in a Yorkville condo and was a member of its Board of Directors entrusted to make all major decisions regarding the maintenance and finances, and must uphold and enforce the Condo Act, the declaration, by-laws, and rules.

Vivien is a founding member of Margaret’s Circle at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, an exclusive program designed for women in leadership who want to cultivate a meaningful philanthropic relationship in support of Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto.

She is an active member of the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (CAWEE). CAWEE is a diverse collective of professional Canadian women who network together to build a resource base and make valuable connections in business.
